All our consultants and associate consultants are executives who have dedicated most of their working life to the Lingerie Industry, gaining vast knowledge and experience across all aspects of the Lingerie Business including; retail management, manufacturing, recruitment, sales, buying, acquisitions, cost reduction analysis, brand management, bra fitting training, manufacturing, lingerie design and bra development.

Claire Franks, Senior Management Consultant, Intimate Apparel Consultancy Over the last 25 years Claire has worked in all aspects of the industry from buying, retailing, selling and working with lingerie design and production teams. With so much industry experience, setting up Intimate Apparel Consultancy was a natural progression and enabled her to utilise all of her industry knowledge and expertise. 2011 has seen the introduction of Claire’s “Talking Frankly” column for trade magazine, Lingerie buyer.  More recently, she has been selected to join the panel of judges for UK 2011 Lingerie Insight Awards. Allison Hawkins, Bra Fitting Specialist, Intimate Apparel Consultancy 

Allison Hawkins has more than 15 years experience in bra development & delivering bra fitting training courses across UK & Europe. Allison has experience of working as a lingerie consultant, merchandiser, retail sales executive and training co-ordinator. According to Allison “I just hate to see badly fitting and machine washed bras”.  Read more about Allison
 Lynn Higley, Sales and recruitment specialist, Intimate Apparel Consultancy. Lynn has nearly 40 years experience in retail and 25 years’ experience in the lingerie industry, working her way up through the ranks to hold management levels in both retail to wholesale. Her contacts and expertise cover all areas of the industry and although Lynn initially joined the team in May 2015 to work on the ever growing recruitment side, she is more than qualified to work on our general Lingerie wholesale national accounts sales and business consultancy projects as well.   Her long career history means she is well placed to headhunt and place the right candidates for your team.
